The technology adopted in solventless lamination is very different to that of tradational laminators and thereforethe machine lay-out is completly different.
As a result the longer drying tunnels are no longer reguired to dry the adhesives, the lamination group nip is much closer to the coating head, this gives greater control of web tensions.
The Ecostar Laminator has its main mechanical groups, coating head and lamination nip, combined in a single robust unit, with extremely short paths between one component and the other.
All groups are controlled by a single control panel.
