PELLET MILLS
Pellet mills are used at mixed feed , food and chemical industries. It works with efficient capacity in this factories.
Powder feed is made pellet feed about 3,5-16mm diameter. In the other hand some materials which is used at oil factories, will be gained again as additional feed material to this line.

WORKING :
Half round stuff is sent from variator command fecding spiral to mixer. In this place materials which is softened with additional steam is sent from flow pipe which additional magnet to pressing.
Materials which is come between eccentric rolls and die is pressed 3,5-16mm diameter pellet size.
It can be made pelletization which you wanted with adjustable faller. Steam and molasses feeding can be made automatically or with operator command.

TECHNICAL STRUCTURE:
This machine is three parts: Feeder-Mixer-Press. And all this contractions is made steel construction.
In feeder and mixer, if you want, you can add together steam and molasses.Construction which press part is designed after after long investigations. Rolls, die, main axe and other parts is beared very well. Other hand it is secured with security bolt an ends halter for security against fracture. Die and die transporter is connected with special materials Two motors on the motor platform, V-belts and motor pulleys is balanced. Therefore it is gained ideal die environment speed.
